Frequently asked questions
Planning an enrolment? Read our booking, payment and cancellation conditions.
Can our Erasmus+ grant pay for your courses?
Yes. Courses and training are a standard KA1 activity. The Programme funds 80 EUR per participant per day of course — which is exactly our fee — plus individual support and travel for each participant, paid directly to your organisation's project.
How many people can we send to one session?
Programme rules: up to 3 participants from the same sending organisation, and up to 10 from the same mobility consortium, per course session. We check this with you during enrolment so every seat is compliant.
Do you provide the learning agreement?
The Programme Guide allows the course programme to be used instead of a learning agreement for courses and training. Our programmes are written for that purpose, and we complete a Europass Mobility document for every participant.
What happens if a session is not confirmed?
We decide at least 60 days before the start. If the published minimum group has not enrolled, you can choose another available edition or end your enrolment at no cost. An enquiry does not count as an enrolment. Wait for written confirmation of your session and place before arranging travel. Once confirmed, the course goes ahead even if later cancellations reduce the group.
When do we pay?
There is no upfront payment. After agreeing your enrolment in writing by email, wait for session confirmation. Payment is then due by bank transfer within 14 days, always before the course starts. We send the payment instructions and exact deadline directly to your school.
Can we cancel or send a colleague instead?
Cancellation is free before session confirmation. After confirmation, give at least 30 calendar days’ notice for a full course-fee refund, or 15–29 days for a 50% refund. With less notice or non-attendance, there is no refund. A colleague can take your place free of charge if you notify us before the course starts. If we cancel or change the price, content, dates or venue, you can cancel at no cost and receive a full course-fee refund.
Can you help us write our Erasmus+ application?
No — and be careful with anyone who says yes. Your application includes a declaration that nobody external was paid to write it; breaking it risks exclusion and repayment for your organisation. We teach coordinators to write their own projects instead.
Do we need to be an accredited organisation to buy a course?
No. Both accredited projects (KA121) and short-term projects (KA122) can fund courses. Each participant can attend one course per project.
