From an enquiry to an enrolment

Your contracting and invoicing provider is IMPULSAX DIGITAL SL, operating as ErasmusHost.

Tell us your preferred session, school and number of participants. We check availability and send you the programme, fee, venue details and booking conditions, including the provider’s full invoicing details.

You accept the conditions in writing by email, and we acknowledge your enrolment. There is no upfront payment. Sending the contact form or requesting a session update does not reserve a place or count towards the minimum group.

When we confirm the course

We confirm a session once its published minimum group has enrolled and accepted the conditions in writing. We will give you a decision at least 60 days before the start.

If the minimum has not been reached by that date, you can choose another available edition or end your enrolment at no cost. We will not move your booking without your agreement.

Once confirmed, the course will go ahead even if later cancellations bring the group below the minimum. Please wait for written confirmation of the session and your place before booking flights or accommodation.

Payment after confirmation

Pay the fee shown on your session page in full by bank transfer within 14 days of written confirmation. We send the payment instructions and exact due date directly to your school.

For late enrolments, payment must reach us before the course starts, even if this shortens the payment window. There is no online payment or separate enrolment fee. Accommodation, travel and airport transfers are not included.

If your plans change

Contact hello@erasmushost.com by email to cancel or arrange a substitution. Cancellation is free before the session is confirmed. After confirmation, the refund depends on how many calendar days before the start we receive your notice.

30 days or more

Full refund of the course fee.

15–29 days

50% refund of the course fee.

Fewer than 15 days, or non-attendance

No refund of the course fee.

A colleague can take your place at no extra cost if you notify us before the course starts. We update the participant details and check the course requirements with you.

If we cancel or change the course

If ErasmusHost cancels, you receive a full refund of all course fees paid. You may choose another available date, but you do not have to accept a transfer or credit.

If we change the price, course content, dates or venue, you can cancel at no cost and receive a full refund of the course fees paid. These refund terms concern the course fee; flights and accommodation have their own providers’ booking conditions. Your applicable statutory rights are unaffected.
